10 / 21 (event) Guided Meditation at Starr Library Oct 21 Start: 7:00 pm Tuesday evenings OCTOBER 7, 14, 21, 28, 2008 Using breath, guided imagery and sound, the meditations are specifically designed to help you release, relax and let go into your natural state of balance. The meditation will take place in the Community Room of the Starr Library, downstairs beginning promptly at 7 and last about 45 minutes.
